_Consultancy Service

As an independent company we can offer impartial advice on any of the raised access floor products available in the market.

If you have had a raised access floor installed by another company and are unhappy with the results, we can provide a comprehensive report including recommendations for corrective actions.

We can also offer engineering advice on how to overcome any problems you may encounter with the installation of a raised access floor.
_Supply and Install

Supply and Install services include:

• We can supply and install, any raised floor systems.
• We can provide out of the ordinary size tiles e.g. 600x400,
• 600x450, 600x710mm.
• Installation of steps and ramps from the raised access floor to
• sub-floors.
• We can supply and fit carpet tiles to cover your raised access
• floor system
_Pre-Installation

Pre-Installation services include:

• Sealing of concrete sub-floor before installation.
• Survey of floor and “spotting” the sub-floor so that other
• contractors (electrical/plumbing/air-conditioning) can install
• their under-floor services in the right position before
• installation of the raised access floor.


Post-installation

Post-installation services include:

• We can repair any existing raised access floor, no matter how
• old the raised floor is we can provide replacement
• tiles/pedestals to match your floor.
• A polishing service for raised access floors that have a
• Linoleum/Marmaleum type finish.
• A cleaning service for raised access floors in Data Centres
• The lifting and replacing of tiles to allow contractors access to
• the sub-floor.
